Photographic Interlude

Hello there lovelies,

I am in a world of pain right now, as my day at work was spent unpacking a shipping container full of new racks & fixtures for our store re-opening. Thus, instead of coherent thoughts I am giving you another little sample of my photography. The photograph at the top of the page has a story. The Boyfriend and I decided to make lego versions of ourselves because we both love taking photos so much that we never end up actually being in the photos ourselves. I also tend to take lots of pictures of The Boyfriend without him realising I am doing it. I call it love, he calls it stalking. So of course, we had to make my lego figure take stalker photos of his lego figure. Totally hilarious to us, let me assure you.

These photos were taken at the Mt Coot-Tha Botanic Gardens, which seem to have become a regular haunt of ours. My favourite photograph of the day was his one of The Boyfriend and his Dad. It's one of my "stalker photos", and I love the way that it captured the intensity of their discussion. Or you know, maybe I'm just a creep who loves surprise-photographing the people I know.

Until next time, xo.
