Best of the Interwebz

Hello there lovelies,

It's the end of another week. I've been feeling a little....stagnant. Not sure if that's really the word I'm looking for, but I feel like I'm stuck in the same place. Like I'm not really moving anywhere. Maybe it's a phase, maybe it's just the change of seasons. Luckily, there has been lots of really inspiring & adorable stuff out there in the Internet-ether this week. Enjoy!

Hobby to Job: Business Advice for Non-Business Types is a great read, especially if you're looking to turn a crafty hobby into a business, but don't really have a "business head".

I love this Self-Care Cheat Sheet - everything you need to know about loving yourself in a nutshell.

The first-ever Bike-In Movie Theater - this is such an amazing idea.

What comes after happiness? After loving yourself? is a great read, and a really good question to ask.

Make Owls From Eggshells is yet another adorable owl-related DIY tutorial.

Speaking of owls, I am fairly heavily in love with this lace owl necklace.

Speaking of something besides owls, I am also rather smitten with this pet tuxedo.

How To Start A Community Garden
is kick-ass! It just makes me wish I didn't live in the type of community where it is fairly normal to find used syringes and empty beer bottles on the side of the road.

My big thick caterpillar eyebrows make me happy
is a good look at loving things about ourselves that other people may hate.

Check out Psycho Sue's new tattoo! And while you're at it, the rest of her blog. I'm totally crushing on all her gorgeous handmade dresses.

New Ways To Wear A Scarf
is an adorable foray into the many different ways to use a scarf, from 1951.

In love with this one-of-a-kind Star Wars t-shirt reconstruction. Pretty sure I'm getting even nerdier as the years go by.

He's Mommy's Little Monster
is an awesome fashion/DIY blog for those of you who have little men in your lives. It's also run by Max California!

I am totally obsessed with browsing the Curve Appeal tumblr right now. I love looking at the submissions, and seeing how womens' bodies can be so many different shapes & sizes, regardless of how much they weigh.

I hope you're having a great weekend.

Until next time, xo.
