Wait. Papaya Dog's "famous" or something, right? Like isn't it some sort of "legendary" chain or whatever? Like is it weird that I've never copped anything there? Am I "missing out" or something? Fitna run into Manhattan to cop some Converse high-tops today. Which I haven't worn since my freshman year of high school. When Skrillex was still in From First to Last. When I was listening to songs like "A Wolf In Sheep's Clothing." I will never apologize for my love of Taking Back Sunday and Thursday and Thrice and This Providence and whatever other bands that start with the letter T that I saw at the Warped Tour back in '02 or whatever, whenever.

Lady Gaga + DJ DStar

Panda Toes loves Lady Gaga. Not surprising, seeing as how we love more or less every female pop star ever. Panda Toes also loves DJ DStar. Also not surprising, seeing as how we're super down with almost every DJ ever, especially ones that like Gaga as much as we do. Needless to say, it was downright thrilling to hear that the latter had remixed the former's "Bad Romance." End result? Well, Panda Toes loves it. We're so predictable.

Wale + Lady Gaga + Wideboys

I got sick of "Chillin" pretty quickly. I got sick of the successive Benzi and Skratch Bastid remixes even faster. While Wale has released some great mix tapes (100 Miles & Running and The Mixtape About Nothing), his latest commercial effort with Allido/Interscope is less than memorable. Where is the dude who rapped about spreading go-go music, wearing camo shorts and flip-flops with a Grammy dangling around his neck (to clarify: I do not support go-go music in any way)? Where others have failed to remix this into a memorable drop, Wideboys have given this track energy and a progression that is catchier than a Taylor Swift hook.
