So I was super hype on warm weather as recently as yesterday. Then today hits and I have to go outside and walk around and run some errands and whatever and oh my goodness I'm sweating a little bit and this is a huge pain in the butt, isn't it? And my room's a bit warm so I might have to put my A/C in soon and oh my goodness that's the biggest pain in the butt ever, isn't it? And of course I'm OD paranoid and OCD or whatever and I'm always petrified that I'm gonna install my A/C poorly and it's gonna fall out of the window and crush somebody or something and oh my goodness, would I go to jail for that? I miss winter.

So the kid Yung Turbz made yet another spectacular edit a bit back. Avicii v. Madonna. Great stuff, Yung. But come on, Turbz. "Turbz Music Surprise"? Really? That's just so gross sounding. I learned to DJ in Sydney. On CDJs. So one day I opened for Fashen back in the U.S. of A. And I'm all, "ZOMG, how craze! He's, like, my favorite!" So I get to the venue and I'm all, "Err, where my CDJs at?" And they're all, "Um, CD-Whats?" So that was the first time I used turntables. And it was wild embarrassing because. Well. Fashen's kind of a beast. And I was. Well. Kind of abysmal. So then we go to the after-party, right? And we both DJ there, OK? And he's got 1200s and I've got Pioneer CDJ 1000s. So everyone's happy. And you know what? It was still kinda embarrassing. Because. Well. He's Fashen and I'm just some nerd with wobbly glasses, an ugly blog, and a scented candle addiction.

So anyways the moral of the story is that Fashen is like the nicest dude ever and I had a great time hanging out with him that one time four or so years ago and oh did I forget to mention that this here single of his is like super tite? (Turbz and Free Magic are also really nice and both of their mixes are really good and I dunno Foamo but this here song is neat-o mosquito.)

I've posted like fifteen or fifty or so of Turbz's edits and mixes and such. So there are, like, ten million pictures of him on Panda Toes. Handsome bro, right? Yea, I know. Anyways. I get my paws on the mix he and The BladeRunners put together for Karmaloop. So I'm all, "I'll use a picture of The BladeRunners. For variety's sake." But their press pictures were in a format not recognized by Blogger. So I had to, like, open 'em and save 'em with a different extension name before uploading to Blogger. Which isn't a big deal, right? Wrong. Maybe that would be a simple task for anyone competent in either A) computer-ing or B) problem solving. But I am sadly proficient at neither A nor B. Being stupid is quite literally the biggest bummer of them all.

But I went to his rap show because I didn't have any "friends" in New York and he was an "acquaintance" so he put me on the "guest list" because "I had nothing better to do." Anyways, he and Turbz had just finished a new joint. Called "That Girl." And I was totally feeling it. "OMG, this song's so good," I proclaimed. And blah, blah, blah, etc.

Anyways. The track's gonna be used during The CW's Ringer tomorrow night. In a club scene. Speakers going hammer. There will probably be a fake DJ fist pumping. With impecable bone structure.
