This four day weekend has really revitalised me, and reminded me of the importance of slowing down to rest once in a while. I tend to keep going, and going, and pushing and pushing, and saying, "No, I'm fine, I don't need to rest", until I snap & fall over. It's not a good habit, and I don't recommend it to anyone. If you're feeling pushed to the edge, have a rest.
