Went to the dentist's office today. Had some cavities that needed filling. Had never had a cavity before. So yea, I'm nervous. Saw a cute girl on the train. Didn't say anything to her or make eye contact with her or smile at her or anything. Just stared at my feet. Per usual. My dentist has an XLR8R subscription? Whoa, that's pretty tite! Wait, do I really want some hipster dentist working on my teeth? Do I trust hipsters? Shouldn't my dentist be an old guy or gal that's kinda cranky but undoubtedly awesome at doing stuff to teeth since they're clearly not retaining customers because of their sparkling personalities? Really can't tell you why I went so long without flossing. Like I used to floss every once in a great while back in middle school. Then high school rolls around and I'm all, "Flossing? Nah, get outta here. Nonsense." Then college. I mean. Duh. But like a month ago I'm all, "Flossing? Yea, I'll try it out." And you know what? It's kinda tite. Flossing is kind of the jam. No idea why I was so opposed to it for so long.

Also I guess Drake's album leaked and blah, blah, blah, whatever, etc.

Drake + DJ Dodger Stadium

OK. So there's Jerome of LOL Boys. And there's Samo Sound Boy. Both phenomenal producers. Both have impeccable taste. And now they're co-founders of their very own record label, Body High. What's more, the two will be producing together under the moniker DJ Dodger Stadium. They're releasing their Stadium Status EP through that there label on October 4th. It's a five track EP, and all five tracks are complete and utter bangers. None are available for me to internet at you just yet, so check out the duo's "Marvin's Room" edit in the meantime. Needless to say, it bangs as well.

Young Money + Lloyd + Trey Songz + Fabolous

There are many, many things in this world I don't understand. Why isn't Ke$ha president? Why is everyone so flippin' in love with Drake? (Dude's fine and all, but is he really as good as everyone seems to think?) Will the Mavericks ever win a championship? And finally, will the Cowboys ever win a playoff game?

However, the question that's most recently haunted me is this: how is it that Young Money's "Every Girl" could peak at number ten on the Hot 100 while their remarkable "BedRock" is stuck at number twenty? It's true that you might as well call this the Wayne + Lloyd show, but who cares? The former's got a nice verse and the latter straight kills the chorus. This thing is stupid infectious and should be played everywhere at all times.



However, there do exist places and times in and during which "BedRock" should not be played. Example: where and when "Say Aah" is bumping. Trey Songz kills it throughout and Fabolous continues to destroy everything in his path. Five months ago I was shocked to find myself seriously feeling a Fabolous cut; now I fully expect to be wildly into anything he puts out. This track is most certainly no different.

Everybody. Loves. Drake. And quite frankly, I just don't get it. I'm into the dude's singing, but his rapping just doesn't do it for me. And though I could understand a dude with his skill set racking up a sizable fan base, I never expected him to hit number two on the Billboard Hot 100. Seriously.

But enough with the hate. Dude just teamed up with Fabolous for his "Throw it in the Bag" remix. And, well, it's hot. Maybe I just like the original. Maybe it's Drake's bit that really does it for me. Honestly, I dunno. What I do know is that I'm well into this here track. Check it:
