Ordered Chinese food on Monday night. Ate half of it. Put the leftovers in a Tupperware container. Put it in my fridge. Tuesday? Didn't eat it. Revisited the leftovers this morning. Reheated them. Everything tasted good. Great, even. Yum. Yummy, yum, yum. But yikes. How long does most Chinese food stay good? Like. Did OD bacteria grow on my noms? Am I about to yack all over my apartment? Just tons and tons of food poisoning? Or something?
