Best of the Interwebz

Hello there lovelies,

I haven't had the chance to get online much this week, as The Boyfriends' family is visiting, and we've been spending most nights with them. It's not so bad though, because spending all that time away from the Internet set me up for a good lazy day reading blogs and watching old episodes of House. Speaking of which, it's got to be time for new DVD box-sets of all my TV shows right? At least in the meantime I have you to entertain me.

Ethnic Diversity in Russia 100 Years Ago, In Colour, is a beautiful collection of portraits restored from negatives.

49 Ways to Live a Kick-Ass Life
is pretty great. And pretty kick-ass.

Grow Your Own Crystal Tree is dang cool. I think it would be really cute to try some different shapes.

This series of switcheroo clothing photos is really cute. Check how cute some of the guys look in their girlfriends' clothes!

I also loved The Dainty Squid's set of Fall/Winter film photos. They are ridiculously cute.

The Art of Doing with Sarah Von
is a great motivational read, and exactly what I needed right now.

MarySew's post on her hometown of Berlin is beautiful as well. Nostalgia anyone?

A Pair and a Spare presents her 5 key steps for getting started on DIY fashion projects.

Another really awesome, simple DIY tutorial from Max California - check out her Bleached Out Slogan Tee. Not enough? How about this cute ruffled mini-skirt tutorial!

Free Crappy Portraits is the most adorable artwork blog that I have ever come across.

If I could buy myself a version of this bedroom, but with less pink, then my life would be complete.

Not my usual musical taste, but I love this film clip. Who doesn't love dancing guys in monkey suits, right?

Enjoy lovelies!

Until next time, xo.
