What Has Your Body Done Today?

Hello there my lovelies,

Take a moment today, and think about everything your body has done for you in the last 24 hours. Mine has done lunges, bicep curls, jumping jacks, upward dog and downward dog. It has stretched, lifted, strained and gotten stronger. It stood for 8 hours on a concrete floor at work and carried countless loads of clothes around my store - without complaining as well, I might add. My body has turned food into energy, repaired itself in my sleep and hugged the man I love. My eyes work well enough that I'm rereading Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone for approximately the 50th time. My fingers have let me type this blog post. When I stop to think about it, my body has done countless amazing things for me today, and I bet yours has too.
