Well, I've been really slack with getting photos of my last few days of the Color Challenge for you. In fact, so slack that I didn't actually take any photos. I got dressed in all my outfits from the last few days again, so that I could take photos. So, in case you're thinking, "Wow, your hair looks exactly the same both days", that's because it is.

This was probably my favourite outfit of the whole week. And, I'm still being surprised by how versatile a pair of yellow tights can be. When I get back to Brisbane, I think I'm going to have to go to that random tights stall and stock up on a few different colours. Tights help me feel like I'm not naked, but they aren't too hot for the weather up here (yet). Oh, last time I wore this owl-print button-up Sarah Misfit asked for a close-up of the print - here you are darling:
I'm fairly certain it was meant to be part of a PJ set, because it was in the sleepwear section of the op-shop, the label sounds sleepwear-ish, and the price tag was missing. If I'm right, and there was pants that go with this, then the person who scored them better hope I don't run into them in a dark alley. I would probably get violent for owl-print pants.
Moving right along, here is another one of my outfits from this week. I wore this to loll around watching movies & do a few household chores. One reason I will be sad to leave Brisbane: it seems like no-one else is into the romper/playsuit thing in Brisvegas, so I seem to find them for a pittance. I snapped this up when I happened to walk into my local Target on a clearance day. It was $29.95, and I scored it for $2.86. There were heaps of them sitting there, so I can only hope they all found good homes. Perhaps people were put off by the fact that your only exit is undoing the multitude of buttons at the bust of this thing? Definitely not something to wear if you suspect you might get lucky.

The other reason I didn't wear this outfit out of the house. As you may have noticed in the butt photo, the fabric of this playsuit is veeeery light. Read, see-through. Me being the total organisation buff that I am, forgot to bring any nude pairs of undies with me. I would have murdered for a pair of green tight to hide my pantyline a little bit (wow, this post is getting rather violent, isn't it?). I figured that in a small town, where I know no-one it is probably better not to get around with my underwear showing. For all you print-crazy characters out there:
Thank you all for your kind words about my Little Bro! He's doing ok. The Doc says his finger is healing really well, with no sign of infection. Plus, he has mastered doing up/undoing his own pants buttons, which we are both quite grateful for. We head back to the Docs for another check-up tomorrow, so fingers crossed everything is still going well. I hope you're all having a wonderful week!
Until next time, xo.
