What I Wore Today - Cleaning Edition

Hello there lovelies,

I haven't been uber-stylish this weekend, but I have realised how long it has been since my last What I Wore post. So here is a Saturday (otherwise known as shed-cleaning) outfit, and a Sunday (otherwise known as house-cleaning) outfit. Hurray for my exciting life! Onwards to an awkwardly posed photo that makes me look like all my boobs have disappeared.

Owl necklace: $8.95, Trade Secret
Singlet: $6.95, Fashion Fair
Pants: $10, Trade Secret (Saxony)
Shoes: Given to my by my awesome Mum.
Bracelets: Made by The Boyfriend

These pants were a pretty awesome score actually. Believe it or not, they came from the Men's Department at work. I saw them on the sale rack, loved the material and decided I'd try them on, since I'm never adverse to wearing men's pants. Wierdly enough, they fit me better than most ladies pants, and don't give me that strange drop-crotchy thing that most men's pants do. Pretty sure they are on the sale rack because they're not manly enough, which worked out well for me.

Outfit Rundown:

Bowie T-shirt: Screenprinted by one of my besties.
Skirt: $20, Trade Secret (Golf Punk)
Tights: $10, Kmart
Boots: Given to me by the same friend who screenprinted the shirt.

I was dying to wear a cute skirt today, but it is rainy and cold. Thus, tights and boots came to the rescue. The rain also accounts for the inside photos. I don't think my camera would survive the rain for outside photos. Yes, that is David Bowie's face on my back. If you don't know which David Bowie movie involving Jim Henson puppets this t-shirt references, then shame on you. Here's a shove in the right direction:

If you can watch that clip without wanting to marry David Bowie, and his tights then I just don't know what is happening to the world. I will seriously lose my faith in humanity if a single one of you can watch that clip without falling in love with David Bowie. Nah, jokes, I already lost my faith in humanity - I'm working retail at Christmas time.

Until next time, xo.
