Hey there lovers,

I'm almost drive-by posting today! Right at this very second I am preparing to have six of my closest female friends around for a night of girly awesome, and there is much cleaning of my house to be done. So, without further ado I give you my pick of all the links floating around out there this week!

On Real Clothes is a great post brought to you from No Signposts in the Sea. READ IT.

Sanrio & Dr. Martens 50th Anniversary Collaboration is amazing. And, it features the wonderful Susie of Style Bubble as its ambassador. It's rather pic-heavy, but check it out for an adorable hit.

The most awesome rings in the world. Did you hear me? MOST AWESOME RINGS IN THE WORLD.

I completely agree with these 6 benefits of having a positive attitude at work, courtesy of positively present.

DIY Feather Cape is one of the creations of Carly from Chic Steals for the Create Couture Challenge. To check out the other entries (and tutorials) follow the clicky!

The Daily Nail is one of my new blog addictions. Oh the nail envy that it inspires!

Speaking of blog addictions, check out Vintage Virgin for some wicked style inspiration. Warning: may also inspire wicked wardrobe envy.

A cute DIY for us Aussies to keep in mind for the summer ahead - DIY Mink Pink Beaded Shirt, from the mind of Behind The Seams.

Love Is All You Need - a gorgeous post from Maddie of Sprinkle Diary celebrating the overturning of Proposition 8 in California.

My inner nerd is currently cheering very loudly at the sight of these biology tattoos, compiled by Blag Hag.

This post by Victoria Suzanne of Lolita Charm about the dangers of standing out almost made me cry. This is the must-read of my links today, and if you're not already angry about this, I believe it is time to start.

Thera Joyce of Crafty Pirate brings us yet another adorable tutorial, this one for a comic cell hair clip, as well as links to some nifty free patterns. I think you should repay her by visiting her amazing etsy store.

Where Is Our Porn? is a great commentary on the lack of porn made for straight women, and our reluctance to talk about our wants for porn. Written (of course) by one of my favourite bloggers, Rabbit Write.

Sarah Von of Yes and Yes has penned another lovely article, this one called How To Show Your Friends You Love Them. I wish to add to the list "hold a boozy girls night where you watch movies meant for people way below your maturity level, and probably play Disney boardgames." Because that's what I do to show my friends I love them.

This video is particularly relevant to Australians, what with the upcoming election. Watch it, and feel my distaste for Tony Abbott. Then share it with people who share that distaste!

Enjoy lovelies!

Until next time, xo.
