What I Wore Today! + Blogger Award

Hey there lovelies!

Right now, I am watching Clerks 2. But earlier today, I headed into the City with The Boyfriend, his sister and a few of her friends. We did a little shopping, a little loitering, and a little aimless wandering. Anyway, I thought it was the perfect occasion to debut the Wolverine Slasher Hoodie in public. Interestingly, it got far fewer wierd looks than the Slasher Skirt. I wonder why that is?

Also, I got given a blogger award by the lovely Alex of Shut Up, Vita. Thanks Alex! So now, you lucky people get to learn seven things about me.

1. I am left-handed, for serious yo. So, if anyone can point me in the direction of left-handed knitting instructions, that would be just freakin' great.

2. I loooove Jay and Silent Bob. Clerks, Clerks 2, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back - I eat that shit up. I don't care if people think that the humour in these movies is immature and lame, I can't get enough of them. Actually, if someone could hook me up with Mallrats and Chasing Amy, my life would finally be complete.

3. I think I may be deranged. I rearranged the things I have in a display cabinet, and realised that alongside 80's My Little Pony, teddy bears given to me by The Boyfriend, and Hello Kitty, I have Goth dolls, a replica Velociraptor skeleton, a teddy bear with an axe, and the Freddy vs. Jason smackdown right in the middle.

4. My new favorite band is The Reel Big Fish. Check out Don't Start A Band, She Has A Girlfriend Now, and Beer for a taste of the ska magic.

5. The Boyfriend and I own seven different versions of Monopoly. We are nerds.

6. About a month ago, The Boyfriend and I celebrated our three year anniversary. As silly as it sounds, we've been practically living together since around two weeks after we met. I officially moved in around three months after we started dating, after six months we had the kitties, and just after a year we got our puppy. People say we moved really fast, but we only get one life and I've never been happier than when we started living together.

7. According to our new electric bathroom scales, I am 34.8% muscle. Sweet.
